Students Earn College Credit while attending High School.

Morgan County High School: A Georgia College and Career Academy is proud to partner with Athens Technical College and Georgia Military College in order to bring students an extensive line up of Dual Enrollment courses.  Dual Enrollment at Morgan County High School is an opportunity open to all eligible students to take college level academic and elective courses. These courses count for both high school credit and college credit simultaneously.   Exclusively for our seniors, we offer a cohort experience where students may gain up to 8 college classes through GMC’s quarter system during the school day on GMC’s Madison campus. On site, students can take advantage of CTAE Dual Enrollment elective options in the following areas: Welding, Cosmetology, Early Childhood Education, and Business Management though Athens Technical College. Technical College Credentials are available for those students that complete a list of all required courses in a chosen field. For more information on these exciting college opportunities please contact our Career Pathway Coordinator, Heather Fuller, at heather.fuller@morgan.k12.ga.us.
